We know the unexpected can happen and affect your holiday in any of our destinations. For that reason, and to provide you with security at the time of booking, we offer the following totally safe and transparent cancellation policies:

Cancellation policy: if you are forced to cancel your stay in one of our hotels, don’t worry. Book directly through our website and choose from our exclusive Cancellation Policies with the conditions that best suit your booking.

Non-refundable 10% pre-payment when booking.

SPECIAL DAYS
Stays between December 24 and January 1 will apply a cancellation policy of 100% in case of canceling 14 days or less before arrival. Rest of the year cancellation until 48 hrs before check-in with no charge.

* These conditions only apply to individual bookings, not group bookings.

Our cancellation policies:

Flexible Cancellation: book with the utmost confidence and cancel without charge until 48hrs before check-in in America and with 48hrs in Europe – (web exclusive).

Semi-flexible Cancellation: a non-refundable pre-payment of 10% of the entire stay will be charged on making the booking. Any cancellation will incur a charge equivalent to 10% of the entire stay. If a booking is changed, the hotel may treat this change as a new booking and update the rate depending on prices, availability and conditions on the change date. All no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the stay. Early departures will incur a penalty charge of the total cost of the stay.

Non-refundable: A non-refundable pre-payment of 100% of the entire stay will be charged on making the booking. Any cancellation will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the total. No refunds or changes to the booking are permitted. The main name on the booking must match the name on the credit or debit card used to make the booking. That card must be presented on check-in. If a booking is changed, the hotel may treat this change as a new booking and update the rate depending on prices, availability and conditions on the date the change is made. All no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the stay. Early departures will incur a penalty charge of the total cost of the stay.

Cancellation outside of the permitted period: a penalty charge of the cost of the first night of the stay for each reserved room will be charged at any hotel and destination.

No show (if the booking holder does not cancel the booking before the day of arrival or does not check-in): at hotels and destinations in Europe, a penalty charge of the total cost of the booking will be charged. At all other hotels and destinations, a penalty charge of the cost of the first night of the stay for each reserved room will be charged.

Early departure (if the booking holder and/or other members of the party leave the hotel before the booked check-out date): a penalty charge of the total cost of the booking will be charged at all hotels and destinations.
